Broken toes are no fun. :(

I have a bunch of half-written stuff on the Dana but I can't seem to finish it. Should I post it anyway?

• I don't usually write DS9 fic, and I doubt I'm about to pick it up at any level.

I got the chance to show the Dana off again tonight. I was about an hour later than usual for my usual Saturday night hangout-and-write session at Moe's, and between that and the NCAA Tournament* on one television, it was fuller than usual. The problem with writing long fics is that you don't post fics as often.

I wrote about 1200 words on the DS9 Tain/Mila fic this weekend, and am to the point where I can see how it's going to end up - but I've still got some distance to go. I'm guessing another 1000-1500 words at minimum.

How does one go about finding a beta reader?

At the moment, all of my recent fic is un-betaed. I'm a pretty strict self-editor with a good grasp of character, but that's only going to get me so far. I realize this more every time I write.
